Showed up at the ramp at 5pm today to fish the tourney and we could barely see through the horizontal snow!!

We are getting a major blizzard here in Colorado - I have at least 8" on the ground at my house in Colorado Springs and drifts up to the top of my 6' fence in the backyard.

Anyway, the tourney is cancelled for now - we'll see if it gets rescheduled after the directors talk to the parks dept.

Strange weather - 70's last week - major storm this weekend. That's Colorado for you!! :)

Hope your drive home was not to long. Going to Cherry Creek and coming back I saw at least 6 trucks/cars in the ditches along the road. And All i had to do was make it up to Westminster.

Suprisingly, it only took me an hour and a half. I followed a semi from Denver to Monument Hill - he cleared a good path for my tires.

I got home just before the worst of it hit - thankfully. :)
