I think I've seen the "Hottest new crankbait of the year" Last summer I had the chance to run a new crankbait proto type from Cotton Cordell. It's called the "Wiggle'O". For those fans of the Wiggle Wart, You have to see this one. I just got my catalog and the new colors are just what walleye fishermen want. To order a catalog, go to www.lurenet.com and you can get it there.

I saw some of the new baits that a rep had. They look better than the old Storm colors that were out. Who is going to have them around Erie? I used to use Wiggle warts all the time. Is Den going carry them? Let us know. P.S. They come in alot of new Hot colors I understand.

Went to lurenet.com. Typed in Wiggle'O for product search. No items found that match this name. Couldn't find it listed anywhere. What' seems to be the problem? Am I doing something wrong?

If anything, someone should come out with a similar bait to the Storm DJ Thunderstick with the old colors. That would be worth its weight in GOLD. Just look what they are getting for RAPALAS & Reef Runners. I am giving up on the Storm/Rapala Line and going with the Reef Runner Deep Little Ripper and Smithwick Line. Storm/Rapala just are not the same as they use to be. I think they made a huge mistake getting rid of the way they built their product. But who knows, maybe they are raking it in hand over fist elsewhere in the world with the lower quality product. Just my 2 cents worth of venting.

Looks like a Bomber 6A, is the action similar to it, or tighter? How fast can you run them?

Thanks,

TJ's link in post number 3 has a better price/picture and 14 colors but you can also find the Wiggle-O on pg 74 of the Cabelas 2002 Tackle Shop catalog in 8 colors. Max depth is listed as 18' w/10# dia

If not currently available, I would like to see it in chrome/black. No fancy scales or finishes.

If Cabelas and Bass Pro's catalog are any indication, it looks like mag warts are history. I'm starting to think Rapala/Storm is run by bass fishermen LOL.

If anyone has a source for either chrome/black mag warts or chrome with a bit of red belly Deep Down Rattling Fat Raps or suitable replacement I would be in their debt. $ or trade for other colors of tots/warts/deep downs or other fat raps.

I think I've heard chrome finishes are either tough to do or expensive and that's a factor in why Reef Runner doesn't offer it. I'm hopeful that someday I can buy Reef Runner products in chrome.

But lurenet.com is the site Bigfoot wanted to drive the hits to.

Just another wannabe. Everywhere I go I run into this. It's just like in the old westerns. The snot-nosed punk walks into the Saloon and calls out the grizzled old veteran gun fighter. There's a reason he got to be a got to be a grizzled old veteran!

giggle!

J,

Check out your local Ganders, I just picked up a bunch of hot n' tots out of the clearance bin the other day. Not the best colors, but hey, you can never have too many plugs!!! I did find one of the white/chartruese. I'm betting I do well on that little devil on the might Miss. Good luck in your search....
