Question about PWT in Saginaw Bay

I fish in Ontario and have never been to a PWT event. Could someone please tell me where the weigh in area is(name of marina, etc.) and what time it is on July 1 at Saginaw Bay. I'd love to see the boats to get a better idea of which kind to buy and possibly talk to some owners and maybe I can get some contacts for after the season or even now about purchasing one of their rigs.
