I called a buddy last night and asked how prefishing was. He said the bite was horrible. Has anyone else heard anything?

Numbers are down some after last years 60 percent harvest there. Then add the higher poulation of shad right now because of the reduced numbers, not to mention clear warm water. Its a small lake right now and gets hit hard when the bite is on. Just not the place to be right now. Some anglers will get 1 or 2 big fish and be in the hunt. There will be plenty of zeros.
