I've been back a few days now and have time to sit back and take it all in and I will tell you this, the MWC staff, the Cabelas staff, the volunteers, the lock master, and every one in PDC WI. made my partner and I feel like #1 everyday we hit the water. I've been trying to make the MWC Championship for awhile now thinking I knew how much fun it would be but I was wrong, it was 10x's better thanks to everyone I mentioned. It will be hard not being their in 2006 "thank you Spring Valley" but I will try that much harder to make it for 2007!!!
I hope everyone had as much fun as we did. At the awards dinner one of the anglers said, "the money will be gone but the memories will last a lifetime" and man I couldn't have said it better.
Last but not least I would like to thank Carol and Glen Chenier, Steve and Danny Bodinger and Shanon for all the help and killer support not only at the Championship but all 2005. That goes for Glen "Wags" Wangerin and Gary Gray, Mark Hanson and Jason Muche and Capt. Doug Schrieber also. Thanks everyone for sharing what seems like a 1000 years of knowledge! On behalf of Joe Mans, myself and Larry "Reg" Kazmereck my 2005 partner, thanks to everyone for some great memories,
Manny Sparks
P.S. I would also like to thank Capt.Doug Schrieber for all your help.

Manny, you hit it right on the head ! What a job again by the MWC/Cabelas/WI/Iowa Staffs at the Championship as usual. I remember one angler refering to this tournament as the "Super Bowl" and then reflecting his feelings of the river conditions as the "Salad Bowl". He got that one right on!!! Jim Trow and Scott Aydelotte all we can say is outstanding on the win. We are all humbled !
Falling Rock Walleye Club , thank you. Lock Master , thank you. Kristine/Kris/Steve/Kurt/Kaz thank you. Support by Ranger/Lowrance/Mercury was awesome again. And most of all the professionalism displayed by the participating angler teams was a sight to behold. Don't want to wish my life away but can't wait until next year. Got a vendeta againt that river to repay....

I am glad I wasn't overreacting! That was a truly awesome experience. We had a lot of other stuff happening going into it but all our troubles were soon forgotton (for a while anyways). The show was great and it was awesome to have Kaz back. Cabela's was fantastic and we greatly appreciated the discounts. I was thinking of not fishing the entire central next year but after that, we might reconsider. Can't wait until next years chamionship! Thanks again Kristine and the rest of the MWC staff and all else that helped make a memory neither Mark or I will ever forget.

I wholeheartedly concur with all of the above. This event was the highest point in our fishing endeavors, (my son and I). Every aspect of the event was run like a finely tuned machine. I still cannot believe the generosity exibited by everyone involved, especially Cabelas and staff, The Falling Rock Club, the Police, the list goes on and on. What an exciting time for us!!!
Look out MWC'ers. Ryan and I are going to fish like there is no tomorrow in '06. We have to get back to Prairie Du Chien!!

Thanks Donn, it was a hard bite plus it was our first time in PDC. I think you and Capt.Doug sould partner up next year and join us, wudaya think??? I tried calling him yesterday but couldn't get a hold of him, I imagine he's up in Bays de Noc guiding already. If you talk to him tell him to give me a buzz at the marina. Manny
