Sorry guys...I was responding to the GLWC inquiry post, and went to delete my answer, when I inadvertently deleted the entire thread. (On my first cup of coffee..;))

The Thread starter asked: Will they go out today? Anyone have any info?

The second response answered with the marine forecast (see below).

My NEW response is: Since there is a small craft advisory as of 6am this morning, I am doubtful they will go...BUT, they just MIGHT go, since it is forcasted for 1-3's BUILDING to 4-6's....most of these guys can handle the lake today, but I'm sure it will be a one day tournament. Someone is going to win 10K today....GO BRUCE AND RICH!!:):

Got a call this morning from one of the teams, informing us that they had cancelled the tournament this weekend, because of rough conditions. They have scheduled a one day tournament shoot out for next weekend (Sunday). 9 teams got a refund and went home. Whether or not they will allow more teams to enter for next Sunday, or the remaining 16 teams will only fish, is unknown by me at this time.

I'm sure Bo will be posting something later on this subject...

Juls

EDIT:
Just got a call from Bo this morning, and he asked me to post this...

He said, "I spoke with all the remaining teams, and they do not have a problem with me trying to get more teams entered for the Sunday Shoot Out on the 23rd. In fact, in order to make this a "go", I need at least 30 teams".
So, here's a great chance for anyone coming in for the Walleye Central Get Together next Friday and Saturday, to stick around for a chance at 10 Grand on Sunday!
Please contact Gary Bowman for more information, if you're interested.
You can go to www.greatlakeswalleyeclassic.com. All info is there. If you have any questions, you can reach him at (734) 891-1001, and his email is Bo582@outdrs.net

Hey Guys,

We need to know by Friday at Midnight who’s going to take a shot at $10,000 in the one day GLWC shoot/out out of Cranberry Creek Marina. Please respond to this post if you are going to fish, as we would like to start getting our rosters together. We will be at the Walleye Central banquet on Friday night to take any last minute entries. We absolutely need 30 boats to make this go and as of today we only have 13!

We appreciate your support!
