Great topic.
Very interesting posts. Very entertaining in this slow time.
I am no pro , but I think this will work out. The first year sucks for some, but they can work their way back in the next year by doing well in the east and or west, as I understand it.

They did away with the East and West divisions. They now have the "Super Pros", and the "Opens", or "Regionals", I'm not sure which it's called. I've heard it called both.
