What an exceptional group of guys that finished in the top (5) at Red Wing. This was a great show by the FLW! I am really impressed with the organization and execution by the FLW staff. These guys all had in excess of 60 lbs. for this event. Great weights!

Also, GREAT JOB on the live release. The FLW had a fantastic live release rate with very few fish deemed unreleasable. The University of MN research gurus were at the event and had nothing but great things to say about the care and handling of the fish by all the tourney anglers.

Thanks to these and all of the anglers for a great show.

By the way, this event was one of the best so far for angler ethics. Great to hear that the anglers did not push the leaders around on their spots. The ranks of the FLW pros clearly are understanding the importance of letting the leaders fish their fish.

I have to agree, I was at Friday and Saturdays weighins. The FLW puts on one "Great Show". But I also have to say I was quite disapointed with the guy that was doing the talking on stage. I thought it was between a carnaval barker talking or a Nascar race. He was rushing everyone and not giving any one a chance to get any info on what was being used and where. Thats one of the reasons folks go to the weighins. He needs to learn a few more lines other than "We appreciate you guys for fishing and FLW this and FLW that all the time. On Saturday I could hardly keep up with what he was saying, he was talking so fast that it made no sense to me. When it came down to Scott Allar and the Lady co-angler had a chance to win, it was like she never even existed. He weighed the fish said you won and here's your check everyone in the crowd just looked at one another and said what happened. He never let Scott say a word or the she had won the Co-Angler side. If I'm not mistaken she was the first lady to ever win a Walleye event on the FLW. I'd not like to go and listen to him again. Just my take on it.

Wallizz, this was his first event as the speaker. He was just promoted. I believe he was going quite fast on Fri and Sat because Wednesday it took a long time for the weigh ins to finish. I understand that those watching enjoy the talking and info I to enjoy that. But for those of us sitting in the boat waiting to weigh in, it gets frustrating after a long period of time not to mention keeping our fish alive. Give him a chance he will be fine.

Just to confirm your questioning yourself.....she WAS the first woman to win the co-angler side.

I beg to differ with you on that. I was told he was the tournament director on the bass side. This was not his first day on stage. I also agree that on the first three days move them up and out, but not on the final day! And it was not as entertaining as it should have been the last day.

Interesting how folks are being so critical of the emcee. I thought he did fine. Could have been better and will be someday. Here you have a bass guy trying to learn walleye guys and the lingo, etc... He really struggled with the towns of the anglers. Wish him luck and feel he will do well someday soon. Somke of you folks need to fish more and whine less.

I attended the weigh-in at the Wallmart in Redwing.
I thought it was a good show.
I was impressed at the fish handling. Weighing them in water, I thought was really a great idea, I have never seen this done before.
Also congratulations to all the anglers that fished the last day.
They were the best of the best for the week.

I would also like to say that Scott Allar put on one great show.
He brought in five fish every day and was the only guy whom had a shot at the leader. Scott great job.

I am still just amazed at the production of this great fishery.
87.4, 73.6, 66.2, 62.4, 60.9, the top five weights. WOW!!!!

The FLW put on a great show and the anglers are to be commended for there hard work.
Great job anglers
Thank you
