I brought my new/used boat home last weekend and have noticed that the console sonar graph has moisture behind the screen. Will this moisture dissapear when the unit gets some direct sunlight or is this something that I will have to have Pinpoint take care of.

Actually, if you "ever" have moisture behind the screen - it means that the vendor supplied display has a broken seal on the display.
Although the unit may function just fine - it will only be a matter of time, before you will have a permenant malfunction.
Send it in and have the display replaced before the season starts, to avoid down time, during the short fishing season.

Before sending the unit in - call pinpoint tech support - to confirm the diagnosis - and also get an return authorization number.
They are normally quite good about fixing units - even without ownership paperwork etc. They really stand behind their product.
