Is anyone fishing these tourneys...I'll be back in WI and would be interested in fishing one or both if someone is looking for a non-boater with no tackle and very little experience...with money.

Rangerpat...you out there...Groony said you guys were fishing the Battle on the Bay out of Oconto...but I never heard back.

Let me know,

Mexico,

I'd love to fish this tourney with you. However, I am boatless right now. New Tuffy on the way, but not in time for this tourney. That's why I'm whoring myself around! I'd offer to pay half the towing gas, but man, from New Mexico. Ouch!

Pat, let us use your boat? I got the tackle.

I think Pat or Groony should let us use a boat...they can't use both of them. LOL

Sent Pat an email this morning and have not heard from him.

How comfortable are you with the area we will be fishing?

If you know the area, I would secure the note for the boat if we could get our hands on one.

I've got a 10 foot pond hopper with a 12V 36lb bowmount on it you guys can use. Carl wants to use my boat, so if you guys can steal his more power to Ya. Pat
Are we working together on this one? I've got one helluva bite going on for 17" eyes, with an occasional piggy aroung 21".
Seriosly I lost one at the boat last week at least 15lb's with the 9"-10" perch stuck in it's mouth that hit my harness. Unfortunately he got knocked off at the back of the boat. Boy I wanted a pic of her, my biggest is 13.1 lb's so far. See Ya, Pat, Sheps got my # Brian

Not sure you want to work with me...maybe Shep knows how to fish?

I'll talk to Carl about the boat...I'm sure for a fee he would rent it...LOL

Shep, have you won the lottery recently? Just want to know what I shoudl offer Carl to use that boat...

Um, I still have to talk to Pat, so no, I haven't won the lottery. I think Carl wants Pat to drive so he can blame him when they don't have a good weight! hehehe

I'm slutting myself out, so if you can wrangle a boat from Carl, more power to us! I could use Steve Worrall's new Tuffy 1890, but he hasn't gotten his kicker yet. Bummer.

It sucks being baotless. Maybe I'll just go get a new Harley!

I'd work with Pat and Carl, sure. Pat won't remember anything we tell him anyway, so no problem there. And Carl and I are going to team up and win the Muskie Tourney there this fall, so I trust he'll let us know what's working.

Let's get this deal set, and have some fun!

About 70 miles or so. Has to be a 1 1/2 hour drive, though.

Oconto launch is 30-45 minutes from GB, depending on where in GB. Not sure where Carl lives, but it's not too bad of a drive.

Are non-club anglers allowed to enter this tourney?

The tournament, which is scheduled for August 12th, is open to anyone who wants to enter. We're hoping for 100 teams or more this year since we do not have any conflicts with other events.

Mexico,

I may be looking for a partner for the Battle of the Bays, email me direct and we'll talk. I should know for sure after this weekend.

When and where is the WWA event?

Look forward to hearing from you.
