Looks like today may be tough. Small craft advisory this morning. First day totals might be it if they cancel.

They are fishing right now but with boundries. Lots of fish in inner bay. Skeeter
Use the WALLEYE CENTRAL BUSINESS DIRECTORY "Skeeters Stuff" under marine supplies, it works!

NOAA was calling for small craft advisories and 4-7' waves-the waves were were probably 3-5' if that much and they settled down right quick. Since I started fishing the MWC-at least one day of the tourneys I have been in are like that ( Last years Dunkirk and this years Henderson Harbor have been both days). Almost all fish were inner bay small (hey-where did that 8# come from??)-but they were catchable. It was a clusterf**k on the second day getting in line for the first flight-whatever the reason it did not go that way on the first day. Weigh in was good-congrats to the top 15-good sticks and good luck to weigh what they did. White or silver were the hot ticket on the inner bay ( same as ours at prefish)-but red blades and red Renoskys caught our fish in the tourney (that is why we did not limit both days-but really we pulled both colors). As usual, good people were about and the usual a-holes (they know whom they are....)-nice to see a bigger East group (too close for the Central not to participate????). Heard that the 2007 east tourneys were Detroit River (again), Henderson Harbor (again) and the Niagara River (nice choice). Good luck to all in the championship-thank you to Kristine, her staff and to Kurt.
I am proud to fish with the people of the MWC.
