Where was Pete for the PWT championship?

"I would have liked to fish the PWT Championship at Bismark, ND. Spent much of the summer attempting to qualify for it on the PWT Super Pro and the PWT Regional Series. Fishing the PWT Championship was one of my goals and I did end up qualifing both ways, through the Super Pro and the Regional series.
In December of 2005 I had made a family commitment for the time slot of October 10 -19, 2006. At the time I did not know the PWT would change their dates for the championship. My decision to withdraw from the the PWT Championship competition at Bismark was not an easy one to make. In my heart I know it was the right decision. Recent events within my family have certainly proven that. I do not have much family and those that are, mean a great deal to me.
I will be competing in the FLW Walleye Tour Championship at Pierre, SD, in early October and hope to see many of you there.
