Last week-end the Rock creek tournament posted a record catch of 93.58 pounds for 10 walleyes in the 2 day tournament. Congratulations to Todd Riggs and Ken Schmidt. This is a 9.36 pound average. By comparison, the record for the In-Fisherman PWT tournament is 7.90 pounds average out of Lake Erie last year. We have been catching quite a few walleyes in the 7-11 pond range and the good walleye fishing is just starting. Check ifishfortpeck.com for fishing updates.

I think you will find that the 5 fish record for Lake Erie PWT is 54#. That is a good weight for any body of water. Glad to hear Fort Peck is going good.

It was a great catch and I enjoyed hearing all about it from Ken since I was fortunate to spend a day with him at Devils Lake.
I don't think it will qualify as any record through since the fish weren't weighed, just measured and released.
Either way, it was an amazing tournament for those two, winning by 40 pounds. Congrats to them.
