Attended show tonight. Lots of exhibiters. Not many folks. Didn't see much/any new stuff.

Also was there last night. They have expanded tremendiously especially on main floor. They added an extra tent outside the dome that mainly houses all of the tackle mfg's. The Dome main floor now has solely boats, lot more. The walk around the dome had all of the outfitters plus the non-direct fishing stuff. It was really nice how they had the three sections divided.
I always like going the first night, easier to get around, ask questions and pick up those deals that might not have any left by the weekend. As far as new items, not much - some. I would say the number of boats there is what is new. A good place to really check out rigs. Although, I didn't see Yarcraft there this year. As far as deals, not any (like buy rod/real get free line from somebody or 2 for 1 purchase). Only lures did I see any deals, but nothing new from last year. I mainly go so I can stock up from D & B on their harness blades, I cleaned out a few new colors.
It was also a great time to take my oldest their and catch a few trout, she received a lot of attention from the guys. Going back on Saturday for the seminars. Also not new from last year. They have the same lineup as last year, but were really good and probably worth attending again. It is a great arena to directly ask pro's questions during/after the seminar.

Last night was Trout night, spoons and more spoons. Free snubbers with dipsey purchase was the deal and some deals on older stuff.
The practice dome was set up with the tackle and clubs. The main floor was all boats and the levels outfitters.
A lot of fishing rigs, with space available on the levels with entertainment in mind, this year there are virtual rides, slot racers , a skiing squirrel, troutpond as well as a balloon jump.
Iam going back with the family, and Ohh yes kiss those Lions good bye! Their Detroit's treasure now!
