ANDERSON – WEBER TOYOTA CHALLENGE

The Walleye Anglers Trail held its 2007 tournament season finale with the Anderson Weber Toyota Walleye Challenge at Dubuque, IA on Sept. 23, 2007.
The weather was clear with a temperature of 62 degrees at launch time and it warmed to the mid 80’s during the day. The water conditions were ideal with a temperature of 68 degrees.
The team of Steve Lotz, Lena, IL. and Dave Daughenbaugh, McConnell, IL. captured the first place honors with a five fish limit of 12.35 lbs. A number of the teams were also competing for the title of “Team of the Year” with the husband & wife team of Steve & Jan Kopp from Dubuque, IA capturing the title with a strong fourth place finish.
