Something new for me, I was forcefully talked into this last spring and liked it, so I made a few trips this year. Friends of mine use them for everything from panfish to saltwater stripers (sorry I ain't that brave yet). There's guys that have fish finders, gps, auto anchors, rod holders, all sorts of goodies installed on them.

I was surprised how much gear you can stuff into these things. I usually have two spinning rods, a fly rod, bait bucket, soft sided tackle box, and all sorts of pliers and stuff when I go.

Any of you guys enjoy balancing on a board while fishn?

If I wasn't here, I'd be fishn.

I had a chance last year to fish in a "Bronco" one man personal inflatable Kevlar pontoon.

I loved it, what a hoot, it was a blast.

The seat rode high out of the water and you had room for all the extra junk you may need and then some. I am a fair sized guy and it rode great, a very stable ride.

Rod holders, foot rests, and a battery box (or storage), even a mount for an electric motor if the paddles were too much like work for you.

A great small river and pond rig.

I have one on my wish list now for sure.

If you liked fishing out of this type of small watercraft you should check out a kick boat. They are the ultimate for fishing small rivers and streams.
