Just a note about PinPoint service.

One of the "View" buttons came off of my 7520 display. When I called last Thursday I explained I needed it back no later than today for my Canadian trip.

They received the broken 7520 last Friday and Fed-X just dropped of the repaired unit, right on schedule. Now if all companies provided customer service like this outfit....

Another interesting point for MotorGuide fans. I was discussing product quality and customer service with Mike Jones at PinPoint. He told me that PinPoint's head of engineering has/will be assuming the same responsibility for MotorGuide. Under his direction, maybe, just maybe the quality will improve. Customer service, may be out of his control.
