Here's a few areas to try:
1. The Wolf River out of Fremont...go to www.wolfrivercountry.com for great information.
2. The Fox River from the mouth at Green Bay to the Dam.
3. The Rock River from the mouth at Koshkenong (sp?) to the Dam in Jefferson (the dam area being the best area to try first in Spring, and the first two miles of river from the mouth back up river would be my second choice, but would become my first choice as the water starts getting warmer again)
4. The Wisconsin River in the Dells area (going out of the River's Edge Resort)...you wouldn't have to travel far to find them.

It's a start, but I'm sure others will have more choices for you to choose from.

Have fun!

Juls gave you great suggestions. It would take a lifetime to become knowledgeable with those areas

I'd add the great Mississippi around Genoa.
