Anyone have the current condition of the River. Is it open, and can you launch out of the Rust Street Ramp? How about the Ramp down at the Mouth of the River, behind Dow?

The Rust street launch is not open........it's iced in and gate locked. I doubt if the City would open it before spring.
Can't speak for launches in Bay City.
