I'm curious about how many of you are going to buy one of these? I'm gadget guy like most, but I'm having trouble with this one. All I can think of are the 2 keyfobs that I've worn out in my tahoe. The control "boards" that active the doorlocks lasted 2 years each and now I'm back to using the keys again. The batteries lasted well, so that's OK, but it wasn't exposed to freezing rain, ice, snow, 100 degree heat, or accidently dunked. Is there any kind of warranty or replacement especially if it happens to go overboard?

No convince my "Devils Advocate" side.
Thanks

I am planning on getting one but I was hoping to get some input from this site before I send my check in. It looks like you can unplug the Co Pilot and plug in the foot pedal if you need to. The concept seems good to me. Its always good to have a backup plan.

I believe that the unit is waterproof. I plan on getting one and wearing it around my neck.

I am holding off. But for a different reason. I dont care for the speed contol. The way I use my motor, I set it at a specific speed and pretty much leave it there. If I have to speed up for a minute, I want to go right back to it. If the thing had a slider or knob, I think it would be better. The way it is I would be fiddiling with the speed to much to get it right.

Mine is on order, but I also am concerned about the speed control.

If they could figure out how to get the AP feature in the unit, it would be a hit for me regardless of the speed control.

Good luck,

Yea, that was an issue, too. But I figured since it isnt in the foot control, it wouldnt be on the cordless, either.
