Gander Mountain in Rockford has a ton of rip shads in, and most colors available. thought I'd let you all know. 4.99 a pop

I ordered 7 of them from www.xtremetackle.com and it came out to $39 after shipping. They had firetiger, grey ghost, and lots of other colors in stock.

Give Cabelas a call too. Two days ago they had 15 colors left, they still had flame, cheap sunglasses, and eridescent for sure. I ordered them in 6-packs for $25.99.

Hey Ripper, I am just wondering if your from Rockford, I am from shirland, west of rockton. just wondering if you fish the ILL. River at all. I am interested in going down there. Any info would be great and I could spare some info also.

No, I am from Dekalb, I actually guide and fish tournaments on the Ill. river. the river is now ice packed, but if next week is warmer say in the high 30's plus I bet it will be fishable within a week. jigging, pulling 3 ways and trolling cranks all produce fish in spring. I can't wait to try out the rip shads. Spots to try as always are the peru flats and the clam beds.
