i was down by the maumee river around 5:30 till about 6:15 near the fort meigs area and orleans park saw about 30 or so guys down by orleans and about 10 up by the ft meigs bridge no fish seen taken but the river was fast and muddy as usual. ventured up to to side cut metro park and saw 3 on the other side opposite of broadway st.and no ramps still at bolles harbor or cullin park but the water was very low at cullin park. hope this helps anyone out.
