maybe someone out there can help me. I'm looking to contact an old buddy of mine. I have heard he is possibly doing some guiding on Rainey or Crane Lake. His name is Tom Tupa. Tom used to teach school in Chisholm & Hibbing. If anyone knows Tom, please e-mail me at Tmgremes@aol.com Thanks & Happy Hookin'

Is this the same Tom that graduated from Coon Rapids HS, and played ball at Marquette?

yes, I think so. He married Shelly Cox from Hibbing. Tom is a good sized guy (6-1/280) but has a heart of gold. I'm coming up to my old stomping grounds the first week of June (Kabetogama) & was hoping to talk to him.

nope, not the same guy. I remembered the guy I was thinking of is Tom Kopa. If you get up to Kabatogama, give me a shout. I live there in the summer. Channel 5 is where I hang out, the name of my houseboat is the Joan Alice......give me a shout.

Thanks! I'll be up the week of June 8th - 15th. I'll bring you some fresh walleye (hopefully):)

I have lived up there for about 10 years and have learned the lake system rather well, If we hook up, I'll give you a few spots off the beaten track that produce really well.

Hope to see you in June.

Hey TBO,

Went to Kab/Namaken the second week in July last summer. Wanted to go to Kab, did all my research on Kab but was windy so headed for Namakan instead. Wife was along. Really had poor fishing, didn't know where to go, still had a great time. Would like to go again in July this year, when and where would I have the most success, I'm not talking about my wife here, I know the answer to that, can you help with the fishin.
