Wisconsin Walleye Opener

I am headed over to Wisconsin for the opener this weekend and I was wondering if I could get some advice from some of you as to where to go this time of year to get some walleye. I will be in the Amery area, but I am willing to drive a bit to get into some fish. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Willy.

In the Amery area 2 of the better shots at walleye fishing are Big Round, North of town about 15-20 minutes, or lake wappogaset just west of town. also balsam lake for got about that one.
