I'll bite I guess...
1. Jigging
I have 2 favorites of these, it is my favorite way to fish.
First is a 6' Light action Loomis GLX with a Sustain 1000, usually use 6Lb XT (Clear or green).
The second is a Loomis walleye class 6'2" light action with a stradic 1000 and 8 Lb. Fireline (grey)
2. Rigging
I just got a new 7' 0" Medium light St. Croix Legend Elite, haven't used it much but it seems about right for me. It ahs a Diawa SS 1300 and 8 Lb. XT. Clear.
I also use a 7' 0" Medium Light IMX, msae rell set-up.
3. Slip-bobber
I use an 8'0" Fenwick HMX steelhead rod with a 2000 shimano symetre, typically 8 LB XL, clear. The rigging rods have doubled on occasion when needed as well.
4. Trolling
For planers I use the gary roach lightning rods, 8' 6" Medium light with SG27 LCs and 10 XT Clear.
For Fireline I use Loomis walleye series 7'10" Maglight with SG 27LCs and 14 Lb. Fireline.
For Bouncers I use a 6' 9" Loomis walleye series casting rod (medium heavy)and a shimano castaic with 12 Lb. XT. Clear.
Man, what are those other 40 rods for in the garage?
