I think that Northland Tackle makes those.We fished them for perch on Big Winnie thru the ice.Reeds in Mn. sells them and probobally Gander and Fleet Farm in Wi.It is a jigging spoon with a rattle chamber on the backside.Lots of colors and sizes.
