that you can't renew your OH boat registration at the license bureau anymore - at least not in Warren County? You can do it online if you get the renewal form in the mail. But, if you have to change any of the info (such as address, I guess), then you have to go to see "the man". There's also a list of agents for each county listed on the Ohio Division of Watercraft website. Just thought I'd pass that info on since my tri-annual registration expires on March 1.
