I have read many articles, called and visited reps. I am down to two models: Garmin V and Magellan Meridian Marine. I have a long comparison chart but would appreciate any input from you in the following areas:
1. MapSource vs MapSend. Which do you like for both road and waterways?
2. Have you had any problems with built in antennas (Meridian)? Have you found the ability to have an outside antenna (Garmin V) a very needed option?
3. Do you see the 19mg (Garmin)max memory a hinderance vs the unlimited data card (Meridian)?
If I could combine some of the features from each I would be ok. But since I can't I just want to make the best choice. Plan is to have a gps for spring fishing. Thanks for any help.
