Janns has vinyl glow paint. You need a white under coat and I always use gesso that I get from a craftshop .You put 6 coats of glow paint on and 1 coat of clear vinyl.This Will GLOW.If you deside to use some other paint save these directions you can always try them if the other doesn't work out .You also need Vinyl Thinner to clean your Brushes with and to thin your paint if it needs it.
