I use the Tackle Logic bag. I have the jumbo, red one, biggest one they make. Lots of room, but not enough. It's the biggest one I could find........MO TACKLE, MO BETTA........:7 :7

I have become very fond of the Shimano tackle bags with the new Shimano boxes. Juls introduced me to them a while back, and I really love the rounded corners in them. Makes retrieving small items easy. Check them out!

The green cabelas bag, the super magnum I think they call it holds A LOT of 3700's. Also has a tough bottom. A very good bag and the best one I have found.

Flambeau's Tackle System is a nice soft system I recently went to. It has room for 7 plastic trays 4 side pouches a front zippered pouch and will detatch via zippers into a smaller system if you like. Two sizes; one that ranges around $30 and a larger system that goes for $40. Both are set up similar: one tray zippered on top, two plastic pull out trays zippered into the middle and 4 plastic pull out trays in the bottom section. Like I said a zipper will seperate this system into two sections if you want(need) to do that. The four side pouches are handy for line, bags of power baits, or whaterer and they will zipper off if you like to do so. A carrying handle on top; very easy to use and tote around. Small one fits right under my single console at my feet when we are on the run and doesn't take up much room when I dig it out. Stands tall, not wide so it doesn't take up much space.
One of my fishing partners suggested he would like to get one. I just so happened to run into his wife Christmas shopping for him one day and suggested the Flambeau.
If you happen to jump into a friend's boat once in a while this system holds lots of tackle so you can possibly get away with dragging just one tackle box(system) into his boat.
I have seen them available at Scheels and Walmart of which Walmart has the better price of the two.
Good luck in your search.

No doubt.... Those blue Shimano bags that Wal-Mart carries are the best $20.00 bag out there..
Functional, easy access, good zippers and bottom and comes with 5 of the new Shimano curved bottom boxes..
The accessory pouch has elastic loos for pliers and other tools and like most bags ...it has a mesh pouch built in to keep you "stuff" dry.
The boxes cost $2.89 each so you're getting the bag for $4.00. Can't beat that deal.
I've had 4 of them for two years now and there's no sign of any damage or wear yet !

That is a great bag for the buck!
I also like the Tackle Logic red flip packs for hook storage as well as pre-tied leaders, 3-way rigs, and snells. Hooks stay healthy and the sun stays off the leaders so they last longer.
You can also store the tiny filler spools of specialty leader line in the packs so they dispense without spilling all over the place at each use, handy deals.
Shimano has a good eye for tackle storage systems.

I currently have the Shimano med. system and was just debating whether or not to buy another one of these bags or change to the Flambeau "Tackle Logic" bags. I like the Med. TL bag as it is narrower and not too tall yet all your tackle lays flat. Anyway, my only concern about these bags is the durability?
Thanks all!

I bought the Denny Brauer bag and accessories from Cabela's--great bag. I usually steer clear of Cabela's or Bass Pro brand products, but I haven't found a bag I like better.
I use the xtra jumbo super duper you can fit a small car in it cabela's bag. Hold lots of stuff, but I'm sick of hauling that huge bag around, so I might buy 2 or 3 smaller bags. Also so I can stash the stuff I'm not using somewhere in the boat and only have what I need sitting out One, ok 3 or 4 :) bags for crankbaits, one for jigging stuff, one for rigging stuff...

I've had a Cabela's bag - used it for several years, but I've never seen one with the zipper still working after about one season. I've switch to the Shimano bag and so far, so good. Good Luck.

The green Cabelas super magnum, holds 8 of the big plano boxes and the bottom is hard plastic and holds up well. Why is it the best? Cuz I got it in the bargain cave at Owatanna for 29 bucks!!!!!
Take care and good fishing,
Bob M
Ditto to all you said. I usually don't buy stuff with other people's names on it, but this bag is good and price was right.

Remember those Plano tackle bags that were built on a cart? Cabelas wanted $199.00 for them two years ago. I was able to snap up 6 of them for $79.00 a piece, at a Garts sporting goods closeout. They hold 9 plano 3700's and have two side compartments to hold smaller boxes. These are the chit!

Has anyone tried the "new" Cabellas green bags. I was interested in the big one with the cell phone pouch. Any input on the quality would be appreciated!
As for my current system, I have 2 of the green Plano bags that hold the 3700 boxes. They work reasonably well, but they are pretty tired after 5-6 years of heavy use.

I have one of the small Cabelas bags, it holds 5 of the 3600 Plano boxes. I don't use it any more, and I think it is headed for my son-in-law's boat. He's a good kid, he helps me out that way, takes all the stuff I don't use any more...........;)

The biggest soft bag made by Cabela's is excellent. It is soft sided, with a hard water proof bottom. It is reasonable priced and you can fit a lot of tackle into a small space.
