on my last trip to lac seul, i managed to deep six the tightener bolt for my fishin' buddy 1200 fish finder bracket. straight to the bottom of the english river. with some duct tape and a nut provided by the dock boy, i managed to get by for the week. upon my return, i emailed them to get a replacement fully expecting to pay for the part plus shipping and handling. they sent out the part free of charge. unfortunately and because of my lousy description of the lost part, they sent the wrong part. i emailed back apologeticly trying to explain the part. they sent me an entirely new bracket free of charge and sent it second day air. free of charge!!! now that's good customer service. not only have i been favorably impressed with the product, i am totally impressed with the customer service. don't see much of this these days.

I crunched the transducer and all on my Pinpoint 7520 electronics. I called the parts department, telling them that I whacked the whole works on a resort boat hoist.

They sent me all new, at no charge, overnight. I'm sold on these guys, and the accuracy and quality of the locator is fabulous.

Wow, I recently broke the bracket on my Tournamnet MAster. Went to Bottomlines web site and ordered a new one. It cost $17.00 I guess I should have called. LOL
