Sonar Unit w/Minn Kota

I am seriously thinking of replacing my trolling motor with a Minn Kota Maxxum with transducer installed. My question is which sonar unit would anyone suggest and comments -- the Lowrance X-15MT, Lowrance X-71, Garmin 160 or Garmin 240? Any comments, suggestions, etc will be greatly appreciated.

Second year running LCX15MT for me & I love em, this year I'm putting one on bow w/65 autopilot w/tranducer built in & one on dash the resolution is matched by no-one. And the support staff is unbeatable.
