Heading up for a three day weekend, looking for an update on where to start. Mud?, Rock, Gravel? West,East,South, or North? Whats been working? Not looking for your spot, just a place to start.
everywhere! lol it's happening everywhere...go to your favorite area/resort and you'll find things have been and still are pretty good. check with the resorter or baitshop guy closest to where you are going out from and they will zero you in even more.

25'near any rocks. Also, with little to no snow cover the weeds are still holding baitfish and the shallower night bite has been good. Thursday night and Friday we went out of Seguchies and pulled about 14 eyes. One 16", one 19" the rest 20-24". Also, an 11.5, 5.5, and 4# pike, one pout, and 3 jumbo perch 8-9". Fat heads or rainbows for eyes, shiners for pike. Glow white/pink or glow white/chart. Genz worm jigs or Rocker jigs. If they won't hit on the jig (slow bite) just go wit ha splitshot and a plain glow white or red hook 6-8" off the bottom. Good luck....wish I could take the week off!
