Buying Yami's From Boats.net????

I have a friend in the market for a 25hp motor and i told him about the good deals on Yamaha motors on boats.net.Can anyone tell me there experience with purchaseing a motor from them and how the transaction went.I also heard there was a lady that worked there that really took care of the guys that bought motors from them,anyone know her name?Unfortunately he doesnt have a computer and im forwarding this info to him.Thanks for the info,TightLines,Kdog(Keith Walters)
