Water Temperature

Just curious as to how much a body of water would warm up if the temperature outside was expected to be ten degrees higher than the temperature of the water over the course of a week. Is there a formula for this? I know there are variables such as depth and source of inflow to the body of water but If any of you has a formula (or wild guess) that you rely on, please pass it on.
