New to Walleye - lake Erie

I just purchase a new Lake Erie boat. Typically fish for bass on smaller lakes and out of Erie (PA). I want to get into Walleye at Lake Erie. I don't have down riggers (at least yet). Wanted some advise of where I should go this spring/summer for the Walleyes out in Lake Erie. I usually put in somewhere in Erie PA.

Looking for techniques, lures, areas, etc. I am more into casting rather than trolling.

east end is a trollers haven . but there will be some guys on here that will help you out .

get some leadcore line, dipsies and or a few jet divers
troll worm harnesses and ronowski's
