We need to know what state and I think you need a map to get out of town if it is on a walleye lake that's fished out.

If you happen to be in Zanesville Ohio two options are the spillway at Dillon Dam & a spot called the "Falls" a bridge or two downstream. Start at the spillway & watch the regulars. jigs & maybe stickbaits. Saugeye. Softcraws if you just want to catch fish. I'd expect there to be some saugeye & smallies on either side of the fast water just above the y-bridge on the Licking R right before dark. Try med size walleye divers in chromes.

Next is Buckeye Lake, 30 mi west. Nite can be better for saugeye. Tightline minnows, slipbobber within 1 ft of bottom, or jigs from the statepark off SR79 or the points on each side of the canal or launch ramp near Fairfield beach. Other good spots too. Crappie on bobbers and minnows set at 1.5 -3 ft epec at nite w/lantern. Hybrids at Buckeye go for chicken liver and soft craws on bottom. If you have a boat, try Cranberry or the towpath. Lake map at ODNR website.

Saltfork to the east is prob the nearest walleye lake.

Might try posting on ohfishing.com if I got the site address right.

Good Luck
