i fished the pwt as a am. in 93 and 94 and loved every minute of it. i did not go to try to win anything, but to learn how those guys did it. i had my eyes opened, learned to use planer boards, line counter reels and a bunch of other cool stuff. the tournament was on erie. in 93 the weather was great, but in 94 it got a little rough. i had a great time and would recomend it to anybody that likes to catch walleye.

steve, is that the year you lost a prop and could not find one anywhere? or was that in 93? i fished the first day with a guy from south dakota ( can not remember his name) then second day with mike mecellands brother ( no fish that day! ) third day a guy from new york, we had fish that day. i also prefished with stan berry from stillwater minn. learned a lot from stan, i even stopped in his shop and shot the breeze with him the following year. i think stan said you gave him some of those silver plated blades. they worked!!!! can you recomend a brand of hook and a size for those circle hooks? i have some gamakatsu octopus size 1 and was wondering if these will work. i get up to mille lacs a couple times a year i might see you there some time. thanks for the reply.spinner
