I know I will catch some flak about bass but the truth is that I fish for both bass & walleyes. I grew up fishing for bass but about 15 years ago I got turned on to walleye fishing and I consider it my first choice. The fact of the matter is I find walleyes easier to catch than bass.
I like to fish for big fish and I have several walleyes over ten Pounds but none over 11. I have three bass over ten pounds and one of them went 11 lbs 12 oz.
I know some of you folks fish for both species. Do you consider good sized bass (4# and over) or good sized walleyes (4# and over) the easiest to locate and catch? How many have caught trophy sized fish over ten pounds for both species?
