Pre spawn and the WIND ??

Walleyes are moving to the face of the dam. Getting close. Question is, we have some pretty extreme wind now. Are the walleyes still going to move in close enough for the shore anglers tonight ?

In my experinces...yes. In fact the wind often helps.
