Clearwater frequency?

I have a Clearwater Classic to put on the bow and am thinking of getting a Garmin 240 for the console. Will these 2 work together? . I know the Garmin is 200KHz. I can’t find what frequency the Clearwater runs on. Would they be far enough apart if the frequency is the same? I usually fish in Lakes under 30ft. Also is the 240 worth the $100 more than the 160? I am on somewhat of a tight budget so the $100 could buy other toys!

The Clearwater Classic runs at 200 khz. It will interfere with the Garmin.

The Garmin 240 is worth the extra $100.
