Anyone know how common river perch are? Over Memorial Day I went out trout fishing on a new river and to my surprise turned out to be a crazy fishing day, caught over 100 perch in two days most were smaller so I let a lot go kept a few of the nicer ones. All caught off of spinners and hook / crawlers. Do these perch stay in the river system year round or not? Also do they get any bigger?
