I need a little help. I have a hand held that has a few spots that i wold like to move to my new lawrance 332. I have the cordinates but not sure If I can move them over. Does anyone know how to do this.

At this time I do not have any mapping software or a card reader to move things to.

Any help would be great.

You'll have to consult your Lowrance manual on how to input waypoints manually but it can be done for sure. Just kind of a pain in the rump. Make sure you set the Lowrance to the same datum and also the same degrees and minutes format as your handheld first. I've entered and edited manually in my handheld and it isn't bad to do once you understand the method and that's best obtained from your manual. Hope this helps a bit.

On your hand held use the cross hairs to locate the waypoint you want to move. Once the cross hairs are on that waypoint it should be highlighted. Click on that waypoint and the data for that waypoint should come up. Write it down or have it available to transfer to your other gps. Go to your other GPS and go to adding waypoints; input latitude and longitude, then enter. give it a try/

If you have a lot of waypoints I would invest in a $10 card reader. It will come in very handy with your new unit as well.
