Anybody know where I can get my hands on a Mitchell Riptide 40 line counter reel? I know they do not make them anymore, but would like to buy one for parts.

FranksGreatOutdoors.com, I'm not sure if it is right or not, but try them on line, if not call info. Linwood Michigan, had them last summer.
Good Luck, I have them myself, good reals, it looks like Cabelas line counters are very similar to the mitchells.

Was in Willits Tackle Town in Greenfield, Indiana this past Sat. and he had a couple Riptides hanging on a wall rack marked down 50% off clearance. Here's his # 1-317-462-0715 Hope this helps, Dan
