After years of sitting on and stepping on my boards while useing them in the boat, I have designed a board holder, that can hold 2 or 3 boards for each side of the boat. This holder is made of plastic, the same stuff cutting boards are made out of, and very hard to break. The ones that I made fit off the rails of my 619 on the inside and once put in don't come out unless you take them out. They stay right there wether going down the road or a lake. The board holder holds either the Church or the Roach boards and can mount about anyplace. I am resently retired and takeing a pole of the people on this board to see, how many would be interested, as I will be makeing them one at a time, and it will be one of those why did'nt I THINK OF THAT things you gotta have.I have'nt desided on a price yet, just seeing if there is enough interest from you trolling guys to pursue this any further...redrnger...feel the tug

I already know about the soft case board holders, they are nice, but, running down a lake they bounce all over the place where mine are solid and wont move at all. Just thought I would present anouther option to see what your thoughts were. When I was at the ERIE get together a bunch of guys were interested in them when they saw them on my boat and I thought if there was enough interest in them I would make more. Thanks for any and all replys....redrnger...feel the tug
RR. You said they will hold either the Church board or the Roach board. You probably meant the Church board or the Off-Shore board, as Church & Roach are the same. Not trying to be picky, just wanted to point that out. Good luck with them. Jim

That's correct. They can be made to fit almost any board. He made sets for several of us here in the area and mine are for the Off-Shore boards. Redrnger is always coming up with something he made in his workshop....and it always seems to work ! A few years ago he was making lures out of silverware. We used to joke about counting our flatware before we'd let him leave our house !! Now that he's retired, I can't even guess what things will come out of that workshop !!! LOL
