Lowrance LCX-15 MT update help

I need help on an x-15 that I was installing an updated version. About halfway through the update the screen displayed the following message.

"Program Corrupt. Please contact customer service"

I have contacted Lowrance and am awaiting a reply but I am curious if anyone else has had this happen?

I have updated my other units without any problems so I am unsure why this one did not work. Of course this conveniently happens right before I am planning a fishing trip.

If you were updating to version 3.6 you should have the following files on your MMC/SD chip:

KS41000_1.ldr 60KB
lcx15mt_v360t.bin 1,273KB
S3C2410X.ldr 82KB
Update.dat 2KB
UpdateSH.exe 140KB
x17m_v360t.bin 1,265KB

If these files have different sizes or are missing from the chip may be causing your problem. If they are all the same and want to go back to version 3.5, e-mail me and I can send you the files for version 3.5 to put on your chip. I can also send you the version 3.6 files if you need them.

I also only have the update chip in the unit when I am updating to newer software.
