When you add the weight that set-up becomes a lot more speed dependant than a jet run independant of any weight. At 2 MPH (assuming a 10# diameter line) I'd GUESS your in the 35' range.

Sounds like a good guess to me! I agree.

I fished Erie at the MWC-30 jet/50' then a 3 oz snap weight/200' to the board targeting eyes in the 50-60' depth over 80-90'/1.8-2.2 mph-we caught our limit every day in prefish and came in third in the tourney-must have had the Renoskys at the target depth. I could be mistaken (since when has that NOT been true)-but I thought I had read somewhere( maybe on the package the the jets come attached to)-that the jet will run at the depth stated (30 jet/30' down) when trolled with a 100' setback. I also read on this site that a 1 oz snap weight will run 10' with 100' setback, and that each oz give you another 10'. The Trolling Bible says that a 4 oz snap weight at 100' setback yields just over 20' depth and 200'setback never even hits 30'. Gosh I am so confused....... and dipsey depths baffle me even more.......

We'd need to know the dia. of the line and your speed to give a good guess but assuming 10# test mono and typical speed of 1.6 to 1.8 (for Dunkirk) my SWAG figure (Scientific Wild A$$ed Guess) would be only 40', but turns and all the surging we were doing would likly take it on down to the 48 to 50' range.
Congrats on the good finish. Were you removing the front hook or running all 3?
