Question for anyone that's bought one of the Bargain Cave LCX-19Cs: do these units have the Solar-Max (glare-reducing) upgrade, or are they just a bunch of units that were sitting in a warehouse at Lowrance?

call lowrance withthe serial number, they will be able to tell u...

If Cableas would tell you the serial number ? You can tell by that. It would need to start with #999 or #950, then it would be guaranteed to have the Solar Max screen. Thanks !
Cabela's is out of stock. I tried putting one in my cart to check stock and they are out. I just picked up a used LCX-19c w/gps and 50/200 transducer over the weekend for $550. No solar max. I might send it in this winter for the upgrade.
There is a new LCX-19c w/solarmax on ebay right now.
Great unit. Cant wait to get it on the water this week.

I upgraded my 19 for $100 solarmax, can you say "not worth the effort", that is a great price for a 19c, you will be happy....
