O.K. here is the question.... I thought the kaboom deep shiner was the SAME as the old thunderstick ??? I thought it was the SAME mold. Did I not see this info. on this site some time back???

Yes, you likely read the discussion here a while back. Dave's KA-BOOM! Deep Shiners and KA-BOOM! Shiners are not the same molds as the Storm Thunderstick DJ or J series.
Hope I answered your question.

Thanks Dave S. Im sure the lures are very good!! I have no doubt, but I need a lure that will dive like an old DEEP t.stick. Thanks Dave Q.

Dave, the shiners, and deep shiners are excellent lures. I've started to use them almost exclusively, they just came out with the RUFF GUY, can't wait to try that one out this year. Give them a try, you won't be dissapointed.

Why don't you just go to Fllet Farm or a gander Mountain or a Bass Pro Shops and buy the Original Thundersticks in all 4 sizes.

I guess its a "faith" thing the replacments just dont seem the same quality. Any one having good luck w/ the "new" DEEP (not jr) t.sticks??

I've used both and have painted 100's of each and the only difference I can notice is that the paint is a much better quality now compared to the old Storm products. No knock one the old ones, just advancements in technology over years past.
