Garmin rebate

I a bit confused about the rebate -- and what is needed to operate the GPS.

For example BPS Master Catalog, p. 249 lists the GPS 168 for $599. Does this include the Fishing Hot Spots map? I would like to have the maps for Wisconsin. Do I subtract $50 from that price or do I have to purchase something else?

Are there maps for Lake Michigan -- near Green Bay. How about for Lake Winnebego?

Anyone know what it means for the 168 to have a 150 watt fishlocator?
